Garganta Windjana

Windjana Gorge, located near Broome in Australia, features dramatic cliffs rising nearly 300 meters above the Lennard River. Formed from an ancient Devonian-era reef system, its striking limestone walls and seasonal waterholes create a landscape of geological and cultural significance. The gorge lies within Bandilngan/Windjana Gorge National Park and holds deep spiritual importance for the Bunuba people, the Traditional Owners.
