Myndos Gate (Myndos Kapisi)

The grand Myndos Gate, or Myndos Kapısı, once stood as a formidable guardian at the western entrance of the ancient Greek city of Halicarnassus, marking the route to the nearby town of Myndos, now known as Gümüslük. Today, though in ruins, it stands as the last trace of the city’s once-mighty fortifications and remains a prominent landmark in modern-day Bodrum.
